I chose Dover Downs for my casino birthday because it was supposedly an easy drive from DC, smoke-free, clean, easy-to-navigate and the TA reviews were good. Skip this place. Facility is clean and staff ever present to assist when necessary. Even over the busy weekend we found parking easily outside. The slots were not as loose as in Vegas, Atlantic City or St Louis so that was a bummer but we're not big gamblers any way so Dover was perfect for some hours of mindless fun. I found that the Dover Downs Casino to be much cleaner than our October visit. First off, this is a very small casino. There's no smoking at all. My DH says the bathrooms were spotless and there was an attendant in the men's room he visited. We weren't there long enough each day for me to check out the ladies' room. Not even a small section.
